When will my order ship / arrive?

We ship out of our magical warehouse in Orange County, California, three times a week. Your shipping schedule will depend on when you placed your order and which shipping method you selected. If you do not receive a tracking number or see movement on your package, if you receive tracking information within four days of placing an order, email us at myfriend@yogabbagabba.com, and we'll do what we can to sort out where your package is.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up until we process it for shipping. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel by emailing us at myfriend@yogabbagabba.com with your order number. If you do not cancel before your order ships, you'll have to wait for a purchase return instead.

 

How do I return a purchase?

If you wish to return an item, you have seven days to contact us from when your package was delivered, according to tracking. Email us at myfriend@yogabbagabba.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll email you a return label. We can only accept returns that are unworn and undamaged. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund your purchase less shipping. 

Please note we cannot do returns on international shipments. 

 

How do I exchange an order?

Need a different size or style? Please email us at myfriend@yogabbagabba.com within seven days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the size or style you wish to exchange for, and we'll take care of you. Please note we do charge shipping on exchanges. 

Due to shipping costs, we cannot do exchanges on international orders.

 

What do I do if I receive the wrong item(s) in my order or if my order is missing something?

We are humans here in Gabbaland, and we can make mistakes. But we'll always make sure you are taken care of! Email us at myfriend@yogabbagabba.com with your order number and information on the missing items, and we'll get you all taken care of ASAP.

You can find all size information here! If there are variations to a particular item's sizing, we will put that information directly on the product page. If you need further guidance regarding sizing, email us at myfriend@yogabbagabba.com, and we'll do what we can to answer your questions.
